I am moving out of my mums house and buying a house with my partner. I want to move my broadband to the new address and I also want to get plus net home phone what do I need to do to get this set-up. Do I need to get in conntact woth BT as well?

As long as there is a BT line at the new house PN should be able to sort it for you, if James or Mand sees your post they will be able to confirm.
