Hi guys..
I am moving house soon.
I want to move my Plusnet Fibre optic BB and phone with me to my new address.
I have checked and the new property is in fibre area.
Can I request the move of services through this forum?
Or should I be ringing the customer support?
From my previous experiences I feel forum is lot more convenient.
But unsure whether this particular request of mine can be dealth with through here?
Looking forward to advice.. Thanks in advance..

Hi, you'd need to call I'm afraid, it's the only way to get through to our house moves team. They'll be able to help you though, and possibly even arrange a new deal for you

at last i am saying good bye to plusnet with my housemove.
no complaints about the service at all.
but cant accept the fact that i will have to go on a new 24 month contract when its only less than 6 months left in my current contract.
moreover i could find another provider giving the same price for a 12 month contract.
so i am using common sense and going on the 12 month contract with them instead.
thanks guys for all your support so far...special thanks to the plusnet reps who have been very helpful.. thankss..
