Moved house, Fibre due

I moved house last week but we have no land line yet (waiting for Open Reach)
However, when I arranged the move, (moving house and moving to Fibre at the same time) the PlusNet operator told me that if I needed a new router he would put one on order.
With the new line due in 4 days I am panicking, because I cant find the old router after the move and a new one has not arrived.
Is a new router on order?
