Actually, all the mail servers are on BST, so there is no conflict there.
There must be a difference as the relay servers are showing the time with +0100 and the mxcore the time with +0000.
If they were both on the same time I would expect the +XXXX to be the same.

The situation is as follows...
Time is represented on the server as a unix timestamp, which is timezone independant. It's just how the server has its timezone set that it displays that time, i.e., 1600 GMT = 1700 BST.
We'll be looking to roll a fix out next week but this is not service affecting. Its root cause is probably a difference between the default timezone on our Sun build environment and our Debian one.
