I can see that this has been done by the Faults Team now and everything appears to be back to normal.

Was running stable for a week then rained, and dropping has started again. The BT engineer left his number and said contact him if there were any problems (he wasn't sure the line was really fixed). I will try and contact him first but maybe back if he can't help!  Angry

Hi,
BT carried out further work on my line yesterday (24/03/2014), remade the connections on the external pole.
Would it be possible for you to do a line reset, so that we can check the fault has now been rectified.
The drop in connection at about 3.30am 25/03/2014 was due to me.

I've just updated that for you.
You may need to log into your router and press the 'Disconnect' and then the 'Connect' button for the changes to take effect.

Download speed now 8.55mb, let's hope this is the end of the problems. Upload is still slow(0.39mb) for an uncapped line, but I can live with that.

My upload is supposed to be uncapped, and was prior to the latest reset. If it has been reset to capped could you please remove the cap again.

Now that my connection seems stable, could someone please check that my upload speed is still uncapped. I was getting about 1mb up before the problems, now only 443kb!

Your line is currently still in the 10 day stabilisation period.
We'll be able to get your upload speeds sorted on 04/04/2014 when this ends.

I would like to thank all the staff at Plusnet, working as a team with BT Openreach and me, we seem to have got a result. My connection has been up for 24hours with no problems  Smiley
