DLM has banded /capped your sync by setting this profile, I believe switching between the 40mbps and 80mbps product variant causes a rest of DLM to it's wide open profile, which would be another option available to plusnet, if openreach for some reason wouldn't co -operate with a request to reset DLM I take it that you also have your line rental with plusnet ? if they reported your bb fault as a voice fault to openreach

Yup, all with Plusnet.
Already on 80/20 so would have to go back down to 40 for that to be an option.
