Modem resynched 4 hours ago BT Profile up to 1.3 PN profile still 1.0

Seems like same old profile (not) update problem. Any one at PN on the profile control desk?
A nudge would be appreciated.

4 hours really isn't long enough to know whether it's going to change automatically or not, during the day we don't run the script to pick up changes as often because we don't want to put additional load on the internal systems.
It's also worth noting that the last report we had for your line was on the 2nd October.
Having said that, I've upped the profile for you now.

Hi Chris,
when you say "it" presumably you mean the PN profile ' cause the BT profile has already changed!
Whilst understanding yr comments re yr system loading why o why are we still stuck with this process
it clearly is not fit for purpose.
