Mixed messages regarding speed

Hi
Can someone clarify something for me per chance?
On the BT website, when checking expected speeds; it says I can get:
Quote
Superfast fibre optic broadband
Great news! You are eligible for superfast BT Infinity.
69.3Mb download
20.0Mb upload

And on the PlusNet website in the member centre it says this:
Quote
Telephone number:
0208XXXXXXX
Phone exchange:
HXXXXXX
Estimated line speed:
69Mb (Accurate to within +/- 1Mbit) - Checked on 2013-02-16 13:58:05
Current line speed:
37 Mb

But I am currently looking at 35mb download and less than 10mb upload with PlusNet. (I have signed up for the Unlimited package)
Am I missing something here?

I think Essentials Fibre Broadband runs at half the speed compared to Unlimited Fibre Broadband. On a 80 down 20 up atleast.

Well I should add I signed up for the Unlimited package! Not happy.

The odds are that you have been provisioned on 40/10 instead of 80/20
Raise a ticket or wait for it to be picked up here on Monday
If you post the results from a BT speed test - diagnostic second option - we will know for certain

My line profile says: IP Profile for your line is - 38.72 Mbps
Which then makes me wonder why I'm getting an "estimated" speed from both PlusNet and BT of 69Mb!

Your service hasn't been provisioned on the right speed I'm afraid. Luckily we can quickly get this sorted for you.
I've raised an order that should complete tomorrow in order to uplift the speeds.
