Missing Router??

Hi, im new to the forums so please be gentle with me!!
My broadband is due to go live on the 16th, and my account is still showing 'Order Has Not Yet Been Place', will I get the router in time for my connection going live, or is it on the way and there has been a glitch somewhere along the line?

The router is normally dispatched to arrive a couple of days before activation, however I've just manually ordered it for you now.

A warm welcome to the forums.  With a handle like that I'm guessing that you're a fellow CAMRA member?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
