Misleading Re-contracting offer information

Contacted Plusnet last Thursday (30th August) around 4:25pm regarding re-contracting. I currently pay £39 for Fibre Broadband, line rental, Bt Sport, youview TV and HD.

Person on the phone offered a deal of £36 a month for everything i currently have. which i accepted as this is cheaper than i currently pay. I then also agreed to line rental upfront which would further reduce the monthly price. which means i would only be paying £17.01 (£36- 18.99) per month excluding the line rental of which i made a payment of £197. 

ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN SORTED
