My boardband is terrible. I even have to turn my WiFi off on my phone to use it, or I'm waiting ages for sites to load.
It used to drop out all the time, but it seems to have stopped that and now it's extremely slow.
I've just checked on the PlusNet site and my internet speed is showing 2.7mbps currently. I've not had it above 8mbps when I've been checking over the last few months.

@NBClarke2302 Sorry to hear about these slow speed issues.
Taking a look into your account it seems you reported this fault to our robot, who has raised a fault to our suppliers to get this issue fixed for you. Looks to be an external task so please allow 2 working days for Openreach to fix this.
To answer your main question, Your minimum speed guarantee is usually mentioned and outlined in your contract agreement email.
If the fault isn't resolved in the next 2 working days, please let us know so we can escalate this for you.
