Milton Keynes (New Bradwell) Exchange - Possible issue

Both this morning and yesterday at approximately 02:15am, my broadband has been down for 30 minutes, yet I can see on sign of exchange maintenance on the Plusnet status page. The community Ping Graphs page shows several other users affected at this time of day.
Is this really an exchange maintenance issue, just not published, or is there an unreported issue here?

No outages affecting me - I wonder if it's PN's end?
Edit: Phone line is now completely down - seen a few BT vans whizzing around, unable to ask them what's going on though.
