I recently set up migration from Tesco 2Mb (£19.99 per month) to Plus net (Option 1 £9.99).
However when i did this i realised how do you connect to the internet?
I currently have and ADSL Modem (Speedtouch) and chose to start with no new hardware when migrating.
However when i choose to sign on to the internet (currently double-clicking Tesco Broadband) i don't know what to do with Plus Net?
I know this may seem a silly question sorry.

Hi there & welcome to PlusNet.
It's not a silly question at all
You should have a Speedtouch dialup connection, possibly on your desktop which will have your PlusNet username in it. Once your migration has completed, you'll merely need to change this to the username that you have with us.
This will be in the format of:
usernamethatyouchosewhenyousignedup@plusdsl.net

Quote from: Jameseh which will have your PlusNet username in it.
James, I think that should say "which will have your Tesco username in it." It would make the reply less confusing.
