Hello everyone,
Recently successfully migrated from MadAsAFish to PlusNet. I have been charged £9.75 because the migration was done via a dial-up a/c set up by PlusNet. Is this normal practise ?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think there should be any migration charge. Are you sure that charge isn't for your first month's service on Plusnet? You should find (closed) service notices in My Questions which explain what the charge is for. Use the View menu drop-down to select closed questions or those within the last 7/28 days, click Expand All Questions to see the texts.
Invoices can be found in My Account.

also PlusNet is one month in advance, MAAF I think is in arrears, so for the fist month you will get two payments
