Migration Problem

Ordered on 20th Dec - order process was smooth. Received email to say broadband would be live 1st Jan (but noticed from old ISP's portal that migration was planned for 31st Dec) Router arrived on 27th.  Smiley so far...
Lost broadband connectivity at 02:17 this morning - DSL still synced ok - reduction in upload speed indicated migration had happened. Plugged new Plusnet router in - no internet connectivity after the 15 minute wait  Sad
Checked using the router connectiity function: DSL ok; no ATM; no PPP. The autoconfig worked as the router got my username (and presumeably correct password - and yes I've also tried entering the password manually). Authentication still failing.
Looks like my account is not active on the Radius server. Help ticket ("Question" 79192616) opened but 34h expected wait. Broadband down for 9h 32m and counting  Angry

Phoned in the end - account activated - now working ok
