Migrating to Plusnet tomorrow. No internet today

Hello,
I am due to migrate to PN some time tomorrow.  At about 10:00 this morning my current Sky internet connection went down.  I called Sky, who after some investigation told me that it appears my migration has started early and I should contact my destination ISP.
I've just spent 13 minutes in the queue for your telephone call centre but have run out of time.  It is very disappointing to learn that your telephone support capability has not improved since my last aborted attempt to migrate to PN last year.
Please advise.  What information do you need from me to investigate?

It looks as though your order has completed early. I've activated your account so your Plusnet service should now be ready to use.
