Migrating away

Hi,
According to my member centre account summary, my phone and broadband will be out of contract on 08/06 (could this please be confirmed by staff). I've paid line rental saver, and had the free for 12 months broadband, so ideally would like both migrated away before I begin incurring charges, but I also want to avoid any early termination fees.
Ignoring any retention offers etc for the moment, and without factoring in the price of the new provider, what's the most cost effective way of migrating this over, in terms of order and dates etc.

Hi there, the contract end date is 07/06/16.
