Hi James I sent you an email. Got a problem with my broadband billing and reset date being out of step since I changed my usage limit with you. I was expecting things to reset on the 14th but the phone did and the broadband didn't. Can you look into it and let me know what's going on please? I've gone way over on extra GB as a result which I feel I wouldn't have done if my reset day hadn't messed up. Anyway, what can you do? PM me maybe. Thanks. Couldn't find the right bit with the help assistant.
