Is their a general problem logging into the member centre today?
I was able to log in ok yesterday. I haven't changed my password or browser settings since then.
I got a password reminder, which confirmed the username/password I was using, but I get the 'Invalid username or password. Please try again.' message.
I even went into the brower's internet options privacy actions to specifically add the plus.net domain to the allow list, but still can't log in.

It's working fine here.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I'm not aware of any generic issues and I've been able to log in to your account without any problems.
Are you making sure that you've selected 'Plusnet' from the dropdown box?

Yes, plusnet was selected in the dropdown.

Managed to log in today from a different computer. Don't know what the problem was, but thanks anyway.
