Max Premium.

Hi, I have requested Max Premium to be added to my account via the trials page and noticed it states the ticket pools are not directly monitored and that it could take up to 14 days for the ticket to be acknowledged. I was hoping someone could please take a look at Question #70192536 and possibly speed up this process for me.
