Manual bump to ADSL2+ please?

Hi,
I raised a ticket with Plusnet support and had a reply, but I'm not really sure if my request has been actioned?  
My local exchange ( EMDESBO ) has been upgraded to 21CN WBC status. Could someone here check please if I'm in the process of being switched over from ADSL Max to ADSL2+ ? My modem is set to multi mode.
My speeds won't be fantastic but it seems that I will get a little increase from it.

You haven't been switched yet - it takes about a week to changeover to 21CN and you will see a large increase to about 18,000kbps

If you check closed tickets on your account since you requested the change, if it has been actioned you should find a closed ticket which confirms the request together with one giving the activation date once BT have accepted the order. You will have to click the Go button after selecting an appropriate date range to see such tickets.

I put a ticket in on the 7th and have received a ticket with a change date of the 29th,early Christmas holidays ?

Today (13th December) it would seem I have been upgraded to ADSL2+. I take it there is a training period now between my modem and the exchange (10 days?)
Its syncing at 15244 (down) . Hope thats the same after 10 days. (I do have a DG834GT and have some scope to manually alter my SNR value to push a little more)
