After having the worst customer experience with Talktalk I eventually had to take them to OFCOM in order to leave my contract Fee free. I hope I have made the right decision going with PlusNet. Just a quick question what router is provided with the fibre service. Many thanks Paul.

Hi Paul,
Welcome to PlusNet and the forums.
The router supplied with FTTC is the fibre version of the TG582n. The modem is supplied by BTOR.
Whatever your problems were with TalkTalk, I do hope that they were not related to your local circuit, for if they were, the problem will remain and will need to be addressed by PlusNet.
Hope all goes well for you,
Kevin

Continuing from Townman, what were the issues you were having with TalkTalk ?
If they were connection or speed issues, they may follow you to whatever ISP you choose until any faults are repaired.
