Major Outage in Bath

Hi.

Had no broadband for over 18 hours now. Called the help desk couple of times and no ETA. Any idea what is happening and when it will be fixed. Been working from home and very frustrating.

Having checked your account today, I can see that broadband is now active and is being used. Are you still experiencing problems from your side?
