Mail to AOL addresses bounces

Two days ago I received bounce backs from my clients woth AOL e-mal addresses.  I noticed, previously, that this issue had been sorted. Apparantly not! For just an hour ago I sent an em to another AOL address and it has not got through - so our client says. Here was with us when the em was sent!  Please sort this a.s.a.p.

Yes it is annoying, I was quite inconvenienced by AOL blocking PN a week or 2 back but it was definately sorted out and I know my mail was getting through to my regular AOL contacts.

Probably best to raise a ticket  - have you done that?

No, I haven't raised a ticket - I wanted to see if there was a plusnet response first....

We received confirmation from AOL that they had whitelisted our outbound mail servers so we'd need to see some evidence of the bounce before we can look into this. Get a ticket raised with the full headers and content of the failed delivery report and we'll see what we can do...
