Madasafish and IPSC

Since my exchange is still 20CN the data traffic will be running via IPSC as PN are now be using WBC for all maaf connections ..... is that right?

Not necessarily as WBC still isn't available to everyone.

BTW how would the end user know when WBC is in use by their ISP (20CN exchange)?

WBC (Wholesale Broadband Connect) is a product delivered over 21CN so a prerequisite for WBC is that your exchange is 21CN enabled.
The BT Wholesale Availability Checker will tell you when 21CN (ADSL2+) is available. Once it is Plusnet can move users onto the service. I think they normally do this through bulk upgrades announced by email to users affected.

Yes, it's normally done by bulk upgrade. If you do spot that WBC is available though I don't mind if you give me a heads up and I'll place an upgrade order through our systems.

Just to clarify, you *will* be on IPSC as we haven't any MAAF customers provisioned on vanilla IPStream/IPStream Max any more. Worth considering that WBMC != IPSC.
