Not necessarily as WBC still isn't available to everyone.

OK Adam, thanks.
BTW how would the end user know when WBC is in use by their ISP (20CN exchange)?

Re: Madasafish and IPSC

WBC (Wholesale Broadband Connect) is a product delivered over 21CN so a prerequisite for WBC is that your exchange is 21CN enabled.
The BT Wholesale Availability Checker will tell you when 21CN (ADSL2+) is available. Once it is Plusnet can move users onto the service. I think they normally do this through bulk upgrades announced by email to users affected.

Yes, it's normally done by bulk upgrade. If you do spot that WBC is available though I don't mind if you give me a heads up and I'll place an upgrade order through our systems.

Just to clarify, you *will* be on IPSC as we haven't any MAAF customers provisioned on vanilla IPStream/IPStream Max any more. Worth considering that WBMC != IPSC.
