I have the Premium ADSL package and want to know what the best MTU is to set on my router. Currently I've set it on 1450 and I struggle to connect if its any different. Anyone know what the best is as I cannot seem to find a definite answer?

There is no definitive answer to the best MTU value, it depends on your router, PC and ISP settings.
Most routers will work fine at 1500 but it also needs your PC to be using the same value or lower. If the PC is higher then packet fragmentation can occur which not all routers handle well.
Try googling for a tool or instructions on changing the MTU value for your OS and set both PC and router the same as see if it is any better.
