MAC code

how long does it take to get a mac code from plusnet?
i have raised a ticket....

OFCOM require ISPs to issue codes within 5 days of a request. PN will normally issue one much quicker.
PN will try to contact those that request Macs to find out why they are leaving. If you don't want this to happen so say in the ticket.

that was their first reply,
but they not responding now, after i told them why im leaving.
i just want my mac code in a prompt time.
so i can migrate to another company

Check your closed ticket then as it is automatically generated in a new closed ticket

I wonder if the team that deals with those works Mon-Fri? They could do that and still issue the MAC codes within the required 5 days.

Same happened here, if they want to try and keep customers, fine, but issue the code then ask, don't delay giving out MAC's while asking in tickets and phone calls 😉
