Hi,
I cancelled an order yesterday and was told I would be sent a MAC code.
Your help section seems to suggest this can take up to FIVE days?! Every other provider has been able to give this almost immediately.
I have a senior person from another company calling me this morning and I require my MAC code.
Can this please be progressed?

Hi stuhirst,
I've taken a look at your account and can see no reason for us to provide a MAC Code for you. There was an exception on your line which meant we were unable to provide a broadband service to you. If you're looking to sign up with a new provider, you should be able to do so without a MAC Code.
A MAC Code only needs to be used if you are transferring from one provider to another. As we haven't supplied you with with a broadband service, you are free to sign up with any provider that you'd like.

Ah, ok, it was actually the other provider who stated I needed one.
Thanks for your quick response.

Duff information from the other provider - perhaps you should take that as an indicator!
