Low Upload Speed

Since joining Plusnet last week i have been happy with the improvement in my download speeds but i have seen no improvement with my upload.
I do like to upload photos  to flickr etc and am struggling at present with the upload speed around 0.37 mbps
i was wondering if it possible to get  any improvement on that ?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Assuming that your exchange is 21CN enabled http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ then you need the upload uncapping

hi Jim,
just checked my exchange details and it is not on 21CN so im guessing 0.37 upload is the best i will get for now.

thanks for the help Jim,
i will stay as i am at the moment.....just have to hope Bt upgrade the Greatford Exchange some time soon.
