Low Speeds & Lots Of Disconnections

Please can someone help me
I have a ticket open (82309234) and unfortunately its taking ages to get sorted.
I have fibre optic and the speeds have dropped dramatically and the line keeps dropping.
Plusnet say there end is okay as do openreach and BT. Bt have escalated the problem higher in there system. Below is a speed test result.

I should be getting somewhere close to 80/20. I just wonder if anyone has any ideas as to what is causing all my problems? Would a line reset be something to try as I've seen another post where it did solve the problems.

also are you doing the test on wireless or ethernet?

Hi Buntrob. My speed test is ethernet and below is the result of the test. I have been contacted by Plusnet and openreach are coming out again to carry out further tests :-[. I'm hoping they find the problem this time.
