Re: Low Speed

Hi @skimarqueshc,

Thanks for the update.

I can see that our faults team located the issue and have identified it as being a mismatch between your actual line profile and our systems.

You may have noticed a drop in connection of a few minutes while the changes were made.

Are you noticing a difference your end?

Re: Low Speed

I have checked the router this morning and the SNR for the downstream is 14.9 and my download speed is at 1026kbps

It seems the connection last dropped about 3 hours ago

Re: Low Speed

I think the next step is to arrange an engineer visit for further investigation.

If you can reply to this ticket with your availability, giving us a nudge over here once you've done so we'll be happy to book the appointment in as soon as possible for you.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Low Speed

Lauren just before you updated the ticket your colleague Chris updated it and did something with the line which has improved the speed and it seems stable too, I was told to leave the router on for 10 days for the stabilisation period  so I'll monitor over the next week.

Thanks
