Lots of loss over last 24 hours

I couldn't get to ANY websites just now.
Tried a ping & traceroute to PN

Wow that's a mess. The trace doesn't even look like it's getting out of the local network.
Looking at your line there's a constant but very small amount of traffic that could be background noise (or maybe radio streaming?).
Is it back to normal after the reboot?
