Lots of disconnets & reconnects last night and this morning, is there an issue ?

We have a very patch service yesterday evening and this morning. We'd lose connection and the modem/router would automatically reconnect. It showed up in the browser though with pages not being displayed and youtube/netflix 'buffering'. We had similar problems at the end of September [EDIT: December actually] last year, at that point I installed a new router but I don't think that was the problem, someone at PlusNet or BT made some changes and fixed it remotely. I wonder if someone could take a look at my connection at your end and see what can be done ? My end I've rebooted the modem/router and let it calm down for 30 mins etc. I am afraid I can't remember the make and model of the router off the top of my head [Edit: it's a tp-link TD-W8970], it's plugged into the master socket though.

Ive had a look into your connection and I can see you have had a number of drops, Ive attached a chart of your connection below :

I can see you have a fault open on ticket 106096353 so we will get this looked into and once we have a fix in mind our faults team will be in touch.

thanks Mathew, I have received an update on the ticket, well the information posted looks like it's for internal use, it doesn't mean anything to me, I was asked to plug my router into my test socket which I have not yet done. However we haven't noticed any disconnects since Sunday, there is no indication that any changes have been made to improve my situation I wonder if someone could post an updated RADIUS graph so we can see if it;s just our perception or if indeed the situation has improved
