Lost during internal migration

I had a static IP addy (from the Plusnet pool) when with madasafish but it hasn't followed on during my recent internal migration to PN  order process via COT (BB and phone) starting on the 10th Oct and activated eventually on Friday the 18th after some assistance from Matt Taylor as a result of contacting him on the 17th Oct.
I assumed that the static IP was going to follow on as part of my internal move to PN, obviously I was mistaken and am disappointed can anything be done about it now?

Hi Alastair,
I've added the static IP component to your account as you previously had, this will not be the same IP address as you previously had though.
You can view your new static IP address here. You'll need to disconnect then connect to connect to your static IP address.
