This seems to be a common thing for me now? Latency has increased and ever since i'm getting this annoying error ' Concentrator not reachable '
I tried to called support, and got a busy tone. I've now done the broadband fault checker, as this isn't the first time. No idea why my latency has increased a lot Sad
Chris your 2p's worth on my issues?  Cheesy

Re: Lost connection

'Concentrator not reachable' is normally caused when trying to reconnect after an outage where the previous session hasn't ended gracefully.
Power down the router for 2 minutes and then try to connect again.

Re: Lost connection

i powered down for 15mins, everytime it's happened as requested by staff on twitter and still wouldn't connect  Cry
Any ideas on why my latency has increased by +10ms?
I moved from BE* because latency increased, PlusNET started really well with low latency. Now it's creeping up

Re: Lost connection

We'd normally associate an increase in latency with interleaving, but it doesn't seem to be on on your connection - I do wonder if along with the drop in speeds it's down to crosstalk as more people connected to your cabinet sign up to fibre. I understand this is something our suppliers are looking into but haven't heard anything about any solutions yet I'm afraid.
