Lost connection - can someone in PN Support please check my ticket.

Hi,
I raised a ticket on 15th September (No: 30016595) and the problem is still unresolved. It is the same problem that has been reported here:- http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,79768.0.html
Can someone from Support check my ticket and let me know the latest position .--Thanks

Hi Vangard,
Can you confirm what hardware (router/modem) you have tried apart from your Voyager?
It could potentially be a usb power supply issue and using an ethernet router might help.

The router is a Netgear ADSL Modem Router DG834 v3.
