Re: Lost all my speed - SNR sky high

I'm just awaiting for the previous reset to complete, it should be at some point this afternoon. I will submit another reset later this afternoon.

Re: Lost all my speed - SNR sky high

I've tried to do another reset for you but the system is still awaiting clearance. I know that it'll have cleared by tomorrow morning so I'll do it as soon as I get in tomorrow morning.
Sorry about this.

Re: Lost all my speed - SNR sky high

Hmm. Leave it with me, I'll get in touch with our suppliers in the morning and see what we can do to get the Interleaving removed from the upstream!

Thanks. TBH I think the reset might even have failed completely?

Re: Lost all my speed - SNR sky high

Hi,
Really sorry this is taking so long. I'm currently waiting for our suppliers systems to get back on their feet  so I can get some work done on this for you. I'll update you once I've managed to get that sorted for you.

Re: Lost all my speed - SNR sky high

I've been investigating my internal wiring to try and get the last few MBs out of my line.
With the only connections in my master socket being 2 sets of blue pairs (on top of one another) in terminals 2+5, my extensions still work.
Should I be re-wiring this to improve my connection? I assume if Openreach came to take a look I'd be hit with a £60 bill, as it's my wiring that's at fault, but they should have done it properly in the first place!
UPDATE: I pulled out one of the two pairs, disconnecting the extensions, but it gave me an extra 1MB instantly on my download speed
