Lost Internet

Internet was working this morning, but for the past few hours the internet has been down.

I've logged on to the router settings and it says the DSL is down.

 

Please help!

Testing your line is showing it's in sync, but the connection username/password are wrong in the router.

 

If you hit the 'disconnect' button on the page where it's telling you that DSL is down, you should be able to re-enter your connection details: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/broadband-connection-settings/

I have tried multiple times to re-enter the username details, but it keeps saying the connection could not be established.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that the internet has been fixed now.

 

I called the customer services and after about an hour of trying my case was forwarded to the Fault Department.

 

Perhaps it was something they fixed on their behalf? 

 

I've also checked that the username and passwords have been changed as well.
