Lost Connection

Hi all new to this forum but needed somewhere to vent my anger.
woke up saturday to find i have no connection, before i phoned the help desk did all the usual checks.
Reboot router
Change filter
Change ADSL cable
Move router to BT test Socket.
Nothing not a thing, tested router on neighbours BB alls good,
Therefore fault is not at my end.
So i phoned the help team explained what has happened and what ive done,
so they test connection yes there seems to be a fault. "yeh i know that "

2 days laters till no internet and starting to get annoyed,
when i ask for an update they tell me the engineers are dealing with it.
That's not an update that palming me off.
I'm a Comms engineer in the military so i know what they are talking about.
Come on Plus net sort it out before i take my business else where!!!! Cry

Re: Lost Connection

Hi leepunyer,
Your ticket has been updated, basically BT have requested an engineer visit, so if you could provide the available dtaes on the ticket we can move this along for you.
