Hi there,
It looks like a period of very short connections has caused the IP profile to lower:

Are these due to anything you were aware of or doing? if not we'd just need to make sure the connection is stable first and we can put an SNR reset through for you.
Adam

OK, in that case I'd keep an eye on things over the next couple of days, if the connection remains stable I can process the SNR reset, that should bring the speed profile back in line otherwise that would be a good time to raise a fault: http://faults.plus.net

hi,
my speed has dropped yet again twice today i could understand if i was loosing connection all the time but am not just down another test
1. Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Download Speed
7.96 Mbps
0 Mbps 7.15 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed
Download speed achieved during the test was - 7.96 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 2 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 8.11 Mbps
Am sure yesterday acceptable range was 7 - 16 and my ip profile was 14
