Loss of sync in router log - up time says different

In my router (DG834v1)  log this morning I have found:
Tue, 2011-03-01 04:52:37 - Loss of synchronization :1

But...
System Up Time 334:13:17
Port  Status  TxPkts    RxPkts  Collisions  Tx B/s  Rx B/s Up Time
WAN  PPPoA    3416522  4576670    0        669      6378  169:06:50
LAN  10M/100M  5922662  5088695    0        1051      762  334:13:12

Anyone any idea what this is about?

Re: Loss of sync in router log - up time says different

I suspect in this case the uptime is the length of time system has been powered up, rather than the length of the latest connection? Not sure what's up with the WAN uptime though, and RADIUS here is showing an ongoing connection of over 7 days.

Re: Loss of sync in router log - up time says different

7 days = 168 hours so what you are seeing matches my WAN up time.
System up time and LAN uptime are the length of time the router has been up (5 seconds difference must be the time it took to enable the LAN interface).
Whatever that lost sync was it didn't affect the ongoing connection.
Very, very strange!
