Sorry to keep coming back to this guys, but could you tell me if my Plusnet profile is set to manual or something just now while my ticket is outstanding?
The only reason I ask is it seems to be more stuck or out of sync than I recall it ever being before. Currently it's still stuck at the 51.6Mbps you kindly set previously, but yesterday morning my connection was reprofiled on BTs side to 55.6Mbps. Isn't the Plusnet profile meant to update twice daily?

Many thanks again Matt for the speedy service.
Unfortunately having just come home from work, I've found the router disconnected 20 minutes ago and a BT speed test advises my IP profile has dropped to 47 Mbps!
I fear my issues are not yet resolved.
