Have spent all evening trying to get my connection back got some advice from live help. It cannot move past certain screen and my 11 year old son is having a sulk! Any suggestions? I reset my account password this afternoon and this may hve triggered the problem!
I have attached a shot of the screen cannot click on any of the buttons or tabs. Help!

I've looked into your account and I think this problem is related to the password reset. It appears your router did not automatically update the password it's using to connect to the internet when you changed your account password.
Can you try a factory reset of your router and let me know how you get on?
