Loss of connection 30806652

Hi,
This morning my broadband connection went down with the modem reporting a line error. I  worked through the help pages whilst connected using my 3G modem, but at the end of the process was directed to an error page.
Trying again just now, the moment I go to complete the Broadband Faults Checker, I get re-directed to the same error page.

Just in case it was my browser causing problems (I use Google Chrome), I have tried it with both Internet Explorer 8 and Safari and am getting the same results.

I can see from your account that we've got a fault raised for you now. Hopefully we'll be able to get to the bottom of it sharpish.
