Long time customer, same old junk

Good afternoon,
I have been a customer for 5 years now and have had the same router, Technicolor TG582n.
My sons both said it might be time for a new router as we've been experiencing issues with the one we, thankfully they have managed to sort out any issues we have had so far.
But two days ago connection dropped. See my previous post.
Can I get a new router sent or do I have to wait and buy one myself?

Cannot connect to internet

Two days ago the connection dropped out. Since then we haven't been able to connect. All the lights are on, plugs are on where they are meant to be and we are picking up the router on our devices but can't get connected. Please help

If you sign up for a new contract you can ask for a replacement for the cost of the P & P. Insist on a Hub One. The Hub 0 is far inferior.

In respect to your problems there is a very good chance that the fault lies elsewhere.
