Every time I use the Forum I need to login, I ticked the little box to keep me logged in which makes no
difference, any help?

I think you're having the same problem that I used to.
You'll need to delete your temporary internet files under your internet explorer options.
Bear in mind though, that this might result in your losing some of your other saved settings or passwords.

How about just deleting any PlusNet cookies? The process to do this is different in IE6 and IE7.
Alternatively, use CCleaner.
