This question has probably been asked before, if so I apologise. Is there anyway to change the name that I use to login to my FTP account? It just doesn't seem very secure that everyone can tell what your FTP login name is.
As it's your plusnet account name then no. There is a long winded (i.e. manual process by PN) way to change your account name which some did after the webmail issue. You will you need to raise a ticket for info.
