Login Problems

I finally moved today from Metronet  Roll_eyes
Everything working fine until 10 minutes ago when the login started refusing my password. Password reminder worked and was the same as I had typed.
Is there a problem?

Not that I'm aware of. Are you still having problems?
Edit: Just checked my own Metronet login and it seemed to work without problems.

It is ok this morning.
I was actually trying to login to my new PlusNet account and not my old Metronet account.

I am having similar problems.
I ordered the upgrade from Metronet Option 1 to Plusnet Option 2 last Friday. My login details started being rejected Monday morning and I have been without service ever since. The ticket 25199978 seems to be waiting for my DD payment instructions to clear, but they are the same as my Metronet details. I have been a Metronet customer for several years and I don't really see why you can't activate the Plusnet account immediately. (And I really don't understand why I am currently without service.)
