I'm trying to get on the thomson router homepage and don't seem to be able to log in.
I go to http://192.168.1.254 and at first i thought it was my broadband username and password but then after having a read through these forums I've tried a few other username/password combinations like Admin/Blank Administrator/Blank Administrator/Serial No. Admin/Serial No. but none of these seem to work 😞
Any suggestions?

Hi thebargainqueen,
The username will be admin and the password will be the serial number of the router which will be CP********* (from the underside of the router) bearing in mind both username and password is case sensitive.

Hi thebargainqueen,
No worries, we've all done it. I was setting up a new router at home and could understand why I couldn't authenticate. Turns out I was putting the wrong password in!
In my defence I'd just applied blonde streaks to my hair!
